முதல் வாசகம்

ஆண்டவருடைய செயல் அவருடைய மாட்சியால் நிறைந்துள்ளது.

சீராக்கின் ஞான நூலிலிருந்து வாசகம் 42: 15-25

ஆண்டவருடைய செயல்களை நினைவுபடுத்துவேன்; நான் கண்டவற்றை எடுத்துரைப்பேன். ஆண்டவருடைய சொல்லால் அவருடைய செயல்கள் உண்டாகின்றன. ஒளிரும் கதிரவன் அனைத்தையும் காண்கின்றான். ஆண்டவருடைய செயல் அவருடைய மாட்சியால் நிறைந்துள்ளது.

அனைத்தையும் தமது மாட்சியில் நிலை நிறுத்திய எல்லாம் வல்ல ஆண்டவர், தம் வியத்தகு செயல்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் எடுத்துரைக்கும்படி தம் தூயவர்களுக்கும் அதிகாரம் கொடுக்கவில்லை. படுகுழியையும் மனித உள்ளத்தையும் அவர் ஊடுருவி நோக்குகிறார்; மனிதர்களுடைய சூழ்ச்சி நிறை எண்ணங்களை ஆராய்கிறார்.

அறியக்கூடியவற்றை எல்லாம் உன்னத இறைவன் அறிவார்; காலத்தின் குறிகளை உற்றுநோக்குகிறார். நிகழ்ந்தவற்றையும் இனி நிகழ இருப்பவற்றையும் அவர் தெரியப்படுத்துகிறார்; மறைந்திருப்பவற்றின் தடயத்தை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறார். எவ்வகை எண்ணமும் அவருக்குத் தெரியாமல் இருப்பதில்லை; ஒரு சொல்கூட அவருக்கு மறைந்திருப்பதில்லை.

அவர் தமது ஞானத்தின் அரும்பெரும் செயல்களை ஒழுங்குபடுத்தியுள்ளார்; அவரே என்றென்றும் இருக்கின்றவர். யாதொன்றும் கூட்டப்படுவதில்லை, குறைக்கப்படுவதுமில்லை; எவருடைய அறிவுரையும் அவருக்குத் தேவையில்லை.

அவருடைய செயல்கள் அனைத்தும் எத்துணை விரும்பத்தக்கவை! பார்ப்பதற்கு எத்துணைப் பளபளப்பானவை! இவையெல்லாம் உயிரோடு இருக்கின்றன; எல்லாத் தேவைகளுக்காகவும் என்றும் நிலைத்திருக்கின்றன; எல்லாம் அடிபணிகின்றன.

எல்லாம் இரட்டையாய் உள்ளன; ஒன்று மற்றொன்றுக்கு எதிராய் இருக்கிறது. யாதொன்றையும் அவர் குறைபடச் செய்யவில்லை. ஒன்று மற்றொன்றின் நன்மையை நிறைவு செய்கிறது. அவருடைய மாட்சியை நிறைவாகக் காண்பவர் எவர்?

ஆண்டவரின் அருள்வாக்கு.

பதிலுரைப் பாடல்

பல்லவி: ஆண்டவரது வாக்கினால் வானங்கள் உண்டாயின.

2. யாழிசைத்து ஆண்டவருக்கு நன்றி செலுத்துங்கள்; பதின் நரம்பு யாழினால் அவரைப் புகழ்ந்து பாடுங்கள்.

3. புத்தம்புது பாடல் ஒன்றை அவருக்குப் பாடுங்கள்; திறம்பட இசைத்து மகிழ்ச்சிக் குரல் எழுப்புங்கள். - பல்லவி

4. ஆண்டவரின் வாக்கு நேர்மையானது; அவருடைய செயல்கள் எல்லாம் நம்பிக்கைக்கு உரியவை.

5. அவர் நீதியையும் நேர்மையையும் விரும்புகின்றார்; அவரது பேரன்பால் பூவுலகு நிறைந்துள்ளது. - பல்லவி

6. ஆண்டவரது வாக்கினால் வானங்கள் உண்டாயின; அவரது சொல்லின் ஆற்றலால் வான் கோள்கள் எல்லாம் உருவாயின.

7. அவர் கடல்நீரைக் குவியல்போல் சேர்த்து வைத்தார்; அந்நீரை ஆழ் நிலவறைகளில் சேமித்து வைத்தார். - பல்லவி

8. அனைத்துலகும் ஆண்டவருக்கு அஞ்சுவதாக! உலகில் வாழ்வோர் அனைவரும் அவருக்கு அஞ்சி நடுங்குவராக!

9. அவர் சொல்லி உலகம் உண்டானது; அவர் கட்டளையிட, அது நிலைபெற்றது. - பல்லவி

நற்செய்திக்கு முன் வாழ்த்தொலி

யோவா 8: 12

அல்லேலூயா, அல்லேலூயா! ஆண்டவர் கூறுகிறார்: உலகின் ஒளி நானே; என்னைப் பின்தொடர்பவர் இருளில் நடக்கமாட்டார். அல்லேலூயா.

நற்செய்தி வாசகம்

ரபூனி, நான் மீண்டும் பார்வை பெற வேண்டும்.

அக்காலத்தில்

இயேசுவும் அவருடைய சீடரும் எரிகோவுக்கு வந்தனர். அவர்களும் திரளான மக்கள் கூட்டமும் எரிகோவை விட்டு வெளியே சென்றபோது, திமேயுவின் மகன் பர்த்திமேயு வழியோரம் அமர்ந்திருந்தார். பார்வையற்ற அவர் பிச்சை எடுத்துக்கொண்டிருந்தார். நாசரேத்து இயேசுதாம் போகிறார் என்று அவர் கேள்விப்பட்டு, “இயேசுவே, தாவீதின் மகனே, எனக்கு இரங்கும்” என்று கத்தத் தொடங்கினார். பேசாதிருக்குமாறு பலர் அவரை அதட்டினர்; ஆனால் அவர், “தாவீதின் மகனே, எனக்கு இரங்கும்” என்று இன்னும் உரக்கக் கத்தினார்.

இயேசு நின்று, “அவரைக் கூப்பிடுங்கள்” என்று கூறினார். அவர்கள் பார்வையற்ற அவரைக் கூப்பிட்டு, “துணிவுடன் எழுந்து வாரும், இயேசு உம்மைக் கூப்பிடுகிறார்” என்றார்கள். அவரும் தம் மேலுடையை எறிந்துவிட்டு, குதித்தெழுந்து இயேசுவிடம் வந்தார். இயேசு அவரைப் பார்த்து, “உமக்கு நான் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும் என விரும்புகிறீர்?” என்று கேட்டார். பார்வையற்றவர் அவரிடம், “ரபூனி, நான் மீண்டும் பார்வை பெற வேண்டும்” என்றார்.

இயேசு அவரிடம், “நீர் போகலாம்; உமது நம்பிக்கை உம்மை நலமாக்கிற்று” என்றார். உடனே அவர் மீண்டும் பார்வை பெற்று, அவரைப் பின்பற்றி அவருடன் வழி நடந்தார்.



இது கிறிஸ்து வழங்கும் நற்செய்தி.

FIRST LECTURE

“The glory of the Lord shines in all his work” (Si 42, 15-25)

Reading the book of Ben Sira the Wise

I will recall the works of the Lord.
What I saw, I will relate:
it is by his word that the Lord has done his works,
such was his decree by his blessing.
As the sun, in its brightness, looks at everything,
so the glory of the Lord shines in all his work.
It is impossible for the angels, the saints of the Lord,
to describe all the steadfast marvels
that the sovereign Lord of the universe did
to establish the universe in His glory.
The Lord has scrutinized the depths and the hearts,
he has discerned their subtleties.
For the Most High possesses all knowledge,
he has observed the signs of the times,
making known the past and the future,
and revealing the traces of hidden things.
Not a thought escaped him,
not a word was hidden from him.
He has organized the masterpieces of his wisdom,
he who has always existed and will always exist;
nothing was added or subtracted from it:
he needed no adviser.
How all his works are attractive,
down to the smallest spark that can be seen!
All this lives and remains forever,
fulfills its office and obeys it.
Everything goes in pairs, one corresponds to the other,
he has done nothing defective,
he has confirmed the excellence of one thing by the other;
who would be satisfied with contemplating his glory?

– Word of the Lord.

PSALM

Give thanks to the Lord on the zither,
play for him on the ten-stringed harp.
Sing to him the new canticle,

Yes, it is straight, the word of the Lord;
he is faithful in everything he does.

the earth is filled with his love.

The Lord made the heavens by his word,
the universe by the breath of his mouth.
He gathers up, he retains the water of the seas;

Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint Mark

At that time,
while Jesus was leaving Jericho
with his disciples and a large crowd,
the son of Timaeus, Bartimaeus, a blind beggar,
was sitting by the wayside.
When he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth,
he began to shout:
"Son of David, Jesus, have mercy on me!"
Many people scolded him to shut him up,
but he shouted all the more, “Son of David
, have mercy on me! Jesus
stops and says,
"Call him." So
the blind man is called, and he is told:
“Trust, get up;
he is calling you. The
blind man threw off his coat,
jumped up and ran towards Jesus.
Speaking, Jesus said to him,
“What do you want me to do for you?
The blind man said to him: "
Rabbouni , may I regain my sight!"
And Jesus said to him,
"Go, your faith has saved you. " Immediately
the man regained his sight,
and he followed Jesus on the way.

– Let us acclaim the Word of God.

PREMIÈRE LECTURE

« La gloire du Seigneur rayonne dans toute son œuvre » (Si 42, 15-25)

Lecture du livre de Ben Sira le Sage

Je vais rappeler les œuvres du Seigneur.
Ce que j’ai vu, je vais le raconter :
c’est par sa parole que le Seigneur a réalisé ses œuvres,
tel fut son décret par sa bénédiction.
Comme le soleil, dans son éclat, regarde chaque chose,
ainsi la gloire du Seigneur rayonne dans toute son œuvre.
Il est impossible aux anges, les saints du Seigneur,
de décrire toutes les merveilles
que le Seigneur souverain de l’univers fit inébranlables
pour que l’univers soit affermi dans sa gloire.
Le Seigneur a scruté les abîmes et les cœurs,
il a discerné leurs subtilités.
Car le Très-Haut possède toute connaissance,
il a observé les signes des temps,
faisant connaître le passé et l’avenir,
et dévoilant les traces des choses cachées.
Aucune pensée ne lui a échappé,
pas une parole ne lui a été cachée.
Il a organisé les chefs-d’œuvre de sa sagesse,
lui qui existe depuis toujours et pour toujours ;
rien n’y fut ajouté ni retranché :
il n’a eu besoin d’aucun conseiller.
Comme toutes ses œuvres sont attirantes,
jusqu’à la plus petite étincelle qu’on peut apercevoir !
Tout cela vit et demeure à jamais,
remplit son office et lui obéit.
Tout va par deux, l’un correspond à l’autre,
il n’a rien fait de défectueux,
il a confirmé l’excellence d’une chose par l’autre ;
qui se rassasierait de contempler sa gloire ?

– Parole du Seigneur.

PSAUME

(32 (33), 2-3, 4-5, 6-7, 8-9)

R/ Le Seigneur a fait les cieux par sa parole. (32, 6a)

Rendez grâce au Seigneur sur la cithare,
jouez pour lui sur la harpe à dix cordes.
Chantez-lui le cantique nouveau,
de tout votre art soutenez l’ovation.

Oui, elle est droite, la parole du Seigneur ;
il est fidèle en tout ce qu’il fait.
Il aime le bon droit et la justice ;
la terre est remplie de son amour.

Le Seigneur a fait les cieux par sa parole,
l’univers, par le souffle de sa bouche.
Il amasse, il retient l’eau des mers ;
les océans, il les garde en réserve.

Que la crainte du Seigneur saisisse la terre,
que tremblent devant lui les habitants du monde !
Il parla, et ce qu’il dit exista ;
il commanda, et ce qu’il dit survint.

Alléluia. Alléluia.

Moi, je suis la lumière du monde, dit le Seigneur.

Celui qui me suit aura la lumière de la vie.

ÉVANGILE

Évangile de Jésus Christ selon saint Marc

En ce temps-là,
tandis que Jésus sortait de Jéricho
avec ses disciples et une foule nombreuse,
le fils de Timée, Bartimée, un aveugle qui mendiait,
était assis au bord du chemin.
Quand il entendit que c’était Jésus de Nazareth,
il se mit à crier :
« Fils de David, Jésus, prends pitié de moi ! »
Beaucoup de gens le rabrouaient pour le faire taire,
mais il criait de plus belle :
« Fils de David, prends pitié de moi ! »
Jésus s’arrête et dit :
« Appelez-le. »
On appelle donc l’aveugle, et on lui dit :
« Confiance, lève-toi ;
il t’appelle. »
L’aveugle jeta son manteau,
bondit et courut vers Jésus.
Prenant la parole, Jésus lui dit :
« Que veux-tu que je fasse pour toi ? »
L’aveugle lui dit :
« Rabbouni, que je retrouve la vue ! »
Et Jésus lui dit :
« Va, ta foi t’a sauvé. »
Aussitôt l’homme retrouva la vue,
et il suivait Jésus sur le chemin.

– Acclamons la Parole de Dieu.
